Tennis elbow
Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) is an overuse injury that irritates the tendons on the outside of the elbow, where the forearm muscles attach to the upper arm bone. It’s usually caused by repetitive gripping, twisting, or lifting that overloads the tendon over time.
